CECP is a CEO led coalition that believes that a company’s social strategy — how it engages with key stakeholders including employees, communities, investors, and customers —determines company success. Founded in 1999 by actor and philanthropist Paul Newman and other business leaders to create a better world through business, CECP has grown to a movement of more than 200 of the world’s largest companies that represent $6.2 trillion in revenues, $18.4 billion in societal investment, 13 million employees, and $15 trillion in assets under management. CECP helps companies transform their social strategy by providing customized connections and networking, counsel and support, benchmarking and trends, and awareness building and recognition. Will the CECP create a better world?

For the past 45 years, the membership of Business Roundtable has applied CEO expertise and experience to the major issues facing the nation. Through research and advocacy, Business Roundtable is a partner in promoting policies to spur job creation, improve U.S. competitiveness and strengthen the economy. The Organization to Transform Every Sphere of Society

Desired Outcome: To gather support and momentum for your worldview.

The Lausanne Movement connects influencers and ideas for global mission, with a vision of the gospel for every person, an evangelical church for every people, Christ-like leaders for every church, and kingdom impact in every sphere of society. The stated vision is “the whole church taking the whole gospel to the whole world.”  The First International Congress on World Evangelization met in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 1974. It was organized in part by Billy Graham and John Stott and was attended by some 2,700 participants and guests from over 150 nations who met here to discuss and promote evangelism. Although not without her critics, the Lausanne Movement is the only Christian equivalent of the CECP and Business Roundtable mentioned above. Lausanne explained in 100 seconds. Will the Lausanne Movement transform every sphere of society?
